Refund policy

Spitsubishi does not accept returns for change of mind. We do however offer exchanges for size/colour/style. If stock is unavailable for exchange you will be issued store credit. 

Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and must be within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition it was received in, unwashed, unworn and unused.

The item remains your responsibility in transit until it is received by us.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be dispatched and tracking number provided within 2 business days from ordering. (excluding preorder/made to order)

Shipping times

Within Australia:

2 - 8 days $10 Standard Shipping (Orders over $200 free)

1 - 4 Days $15 Express (Orders over $300 Free)

Once the order has left our possession Spitsubishi does not hold responsibility for late/missing parcels.
